½ tsp. sea salt ground (we recommnd freshly ground sea salt)
¼ tsp. black peppercorn (we recommend freshly ground peppercorn)
Oil for deep frying
Put conchs, fish, shrimp, onion, celery, pimiento and bread through a food grinder, using the fine blade. Stir mixture with a spoon until well mixed. Add eggs, hot sauce, salt & pepper to taste. Roll mixture into balls, using 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture for each ball. Drop into oil heated to 375 degrees and fry until golden brown. Makes about 2 dozen.
