Baked Sweet Potato Fries & Spicy Mayo Dipping Sauce (Appetizer)
2 garlic cloves
2 lbs sweet potato
2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
1/8 tsp Sea Salt
1/8 tsp Black peppercorn
Preheat oven to 450
Line cooking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut sweet potato into slices, 1/4 inch thick fries. In a medium bowl toss sweet potatoes in olive oil salt, pepper & garlic. Spread evenly on cooking sheet.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprig.
*Spicy Mayo* – Dipping Sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbs Captain Foods Sriracha Heat Hot Sauce
1 tsp fresh squeezed Lime (optional)
1 sliced jalapeño
1/8 sea salt
1/8 black peppercorn
In small bowl, combine all ingredients together and mix well.
Adding more hot sauce (as desired) Serve immediately or transfer to an air tight container and store in refrigerator.
