Bowtie Shrimp Pasta
1/2 lb Fresh Shrimp
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves Chopped fine
1/2 cup Mini-Bowtie pasta (per 2 servings)
1 Broccoli floret chop (bite size)
1/4 tbsp freshly ground sea salt
1/4 tbsp freshly ground peppercorn
1/4 tbsp Key Lime Seasoning
1) Wash shrimp, set aside in a bowl. Chop up garlic and broccoli.
2) Then in a large pot, boil pasta for about 10 minutes. In a separate pot, boil water to lightly steam broccoli. (don’t over cook, as you’ll be adding to sauté mixture)
3) Then in a skillet pan add extra virgin olive oil, chopped garlic and shrimp. Add salt, pepper and key lime seasoning. Add broccoli to skillet. Sauté everything together in pan until shrimp are cooked through. Place overtop of cooked pasta and enjoy.
