Captain’s Island Pasta Salad
- 1 lb. Pasta Shells or Tubes
- ½ cup celery, onions, black olives, garbanzo beans, parmesan cheese.
- Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 cucumber whole
- ¼ cup Feta Cheese crumbles
- 2 tsp. Caribbean Jerk Seasoning
- 2 tsp. oil & vinegar
- 2 tsp. Peach Vidalia Onion Hot Sauce (mild heat)
Cook pasta until soft and ready to eat. Add all ingredients into the mix, toss the ingredients until stirred evenly, and enjoy!
