Caribbean Jerk Chicken Salad Bowl (Entree)
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken tenders
2 heads of romaine lettuce, chopped
2 tbs Captain Foods Caribbean Jerk Seasoning (coat chicken well)
2 sliced jalapeños
3 small oranges (mandarins)
1/2 cup or handful of cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup Fresh Watermelon chunks
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Rinse chicken, coat with Caribbean Jerk Seasoning. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until cooked through.
During bake time- prep salad bowl. Cut romaine lettuce, fresh fruits & veggies (sliced) once chicken is done cooking. Cut/slice and place overtop of salad.
